We have a network of producers in Africa and South America duly certified and visited by us to avoid unpleasant experiences, deceptions or scams.

 

Our work team, once you, your company and / or your representative has made contact with us and we have verified the legality of your order we will proceed to the signing of the respective contract between us.

 

 Then our envoy will travel to the production area, verify the availability of the ore requested by the applicant and if the available quantity fits your order we will coordinate it with you to receive your agreement; then we proceed to the verification of the legal documents of the case, payment of taxes and finally the payment of the shipping costs that we will assume.

 

 Before the ore goes out to your refinery, we will send all the legal documentation of the shipment so that you can obtain final compliance.

 

Upon arrival in the destination country, the applicant will be responsible for all costs of reception at the airport, customs procedures, transportation to the refinery and assay.

 

Payment must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after acceptance of the assay by our representative, via TT to the agreed accounts.

 

Shipping and other costs will be included in the final payment after the assay at the destination refinery.
